Root Beer floats are good and I almost spent thirty-five dollars on a cannon-ball of cheese again, but in light of my last three pound cheese-stravaganza, I decided against it.

That was not a good decision. Yet now it's warm, very warm by cold standards -And I didn't ride out this weekend. There were too many distractions, but it was 80 degrees on Saturday, which is unbelievable.

Hello, Global Climate change meet diligent application of Sun Screen meet fair skin forever dot com slash fearful of melanoma.

Grilling is back in style, which means meat and cheese are back in style, which means I bought vegetables at the market and herbal supplements suggested to aid the vegetarian lifestyle. I am not a vegetarian, but I am self-involved.

So, today I sat outside and planted flowers. I looked at the flowers on the pear and cherry tree in full bloom. The birds are at the feeder and spring will not shut up about how great it is. I saw a squirrel eating the seeds as they fell to the ground. The neighbors' skittish cat approached me. It smells great outside. It was warmer outside the house than inside. It was offensively picturesque today, which I appreciated fully. Did you, noble reader?
