I was going to post a picture of my most delicious sandwich up here.

I ate it. The bread was homemade, slightly sweet, and made by me. On each side I slathered black olive paste and horseradish mustard, respectively. There was a piece of lettuce from the garden on it, with Emmentaler Swiss cheese. Then I had some chipotle smoked turkey slices, fresh from the market to top it off.

While I ate this masterpiece of a sandwich I watched a TED video on "memes" and "temes." A concept I find engrossing. Here it is if you happen to have a good sandwich, with which to accompany the viewing:
