Live a strange life, employed by tropisms. I'm working for a Cidery right now, of the hard variety. 2nd day on the job, it's cool, but the pay and hours are wankable. I've been driving to work to, bleccchh.
Clearly a bicycle commuter, but check it out I might for go this job, hopefully, for this job I spotted on Craigslist today. That's a pipe dream right now, but I might have to ditch on this Cider job in lieu of a closer, higher paying job.
Today, and yesterday, I've been scoping the bike path to Sac-town. Can I make it? Certainly not everyday, and I'm still unclear on the exact path once I reach Sacaville. Maybe one day a week if I keep this job. If not and the other job works out, then maybe I'll be in Davis and that's an easy commute.
Speaking of which, biking in Davis as compared to Eugene: Easier on the whole, more friendly. The downsides however are, a different, less pretentious commuting community. Which is a downside in that amatuers abound, specifically since it is so much more friendly and easier (due to the flatness). On the whole though, there is plenty of space to ride, and flat means more distance covered. Plus, it's warm, it's October 1st. Never seen this before. Tropisms take over!
